Ceremony at Kings Chapel Presbyterian Church

I don't know if I have the words to describe this wedding or how full my heart felt leaving it.

Emily and Jon-Luke's wedding was so centered around the people in their lives and the relationships they've built. Everywhere I turned, there were little sentimental touches and meaningful moments that made the entire day feel so very much like them. (I may have cried once. Or twice. Ok, maybe a few times. But it was so sweet!)

Sometimes I think we get so caught up in the aesthetics of planning a beautiful wedding that we forget to add in the details that mean something. Is a hand-embroidered designer veil a stunning statement piece? Yes, absolutely. But choosing the beautiful classic veil worn by your sister and your best friends at their own weddings also makes a statement - and every time you look at your wedding photos you'll be reminded of that amazing connection and friendship!

I could literally write pages about everything that happened at Emily and Jon-Luke's wedding and all the little details that went into it - the earrings that Emily wore that were her sister's, Jon-Luke's brother helping him tie his wedding tie right before the first look, the beautiful letter Emily read to her dad that had me nearly sobbing through my camera, or the fact that the bridesmaids dresses were a mix of all the dresses that they had worn to each others weddings, and the sweet dance that Emily's grandparents shared with the couple - but instead I think I'll just show you, so that you can also feel their joy leaping off the screen.

I hope you enjoy reliving Emily and Jon-Luke's day along side me, from their emotional first look at Sunset Hills Country Club and the touching ceremony at Kings Chapel Presbyterian Church, to a candle lit reception so full of laughter and friendship that you couldn't help but feel at home!
